Hey There
Giving birth and the postpartum period afterwards are such an intimate and sacred time for a new mom and baby.
I am honored to be invited into this space of healing and rejuvenation for you.
Meet Mirna
Hello! My name is Mirna Bailey and I am honored to have the opportunity to become a part of your tribe. I believe pregnancy and birth are such an empowering and beautiful occasion for any woman to experience, but I also believe that the fourth trimester (the period of time after birth) is so overlooked. Mothers are nurtured, given attention, and supported through the pregnancy, but after baby is born, all the attention and nurturing goes to baby. Mom is often bypassed for baby snuggles, and under cared for during this time that she should be able to rest, restore, and bond with baby.
That’s where I step in! Whether you need some day time support with new baby, adjusting to feeding a newborn, preparing nutritious and healing meals for yourself, finding your new flow, etc or with night time care when you need to catch up on precious sleep that your body needs to function at its peak.
I am a mother of 4 beautiful children (18, 16, 12 and 4) and I have been married to the love of my life for nearly 10 years now. We have grown up in Middle Tennessee and can lovingly call this home. I have a Bachelor’s of Behavioral and Health Science with a Major in Child Development and Family Studies. My passion and where I feel called has always been centered around babies and family. I understand that time is a blessing and I hope to help you cherish this newborn stage as much as possible while simultaneously serving you during the most vulnerable stage of parenting right after birth.

The lionesses have always been such a prominent picture of motherhood, strength and community in raising their babies.
The postpartum doula originated in the Greek culture and they are defined it as the one who mothers the mother.
Lioness = Leaina translated in Greek.
And then village, because we constantly hear that it takes a village, but we’ve gotten so far removed from raising our babies together in the closeness of a village.
So I am here to fill that gap.
To be your village, and help you find your roar after you so beautifully brought new life into this world.
I look forward to growing with you,
